Throughout my life, I have always been driven by a fascination for development and all things international, shaping me into the person I now am: opening new horizons and continually breaking new ground!
In 1998 I left my long term career as an executive to open my own consulting practice. I attended various courses such as group dynamics, process management and a systemic consulting program. For more than 10 years I have led and accompanied companies with their change projects focusing on strategy, structure and team development – and the interacting forces and dynamics. An additional focus in my work is leadership and talent. Since 2004 I have cooperated with the Hernstein Institute to provide bespoke leadership and management programs (concept, design and training). I am very happy to be increasingly offering my knowledge and expertise for special projects – as a sparring partner and executive coach.
Born in 1965 in Vienna, I hold a degree in IT and economics from University of Vienna. As a young, well trained expert in a new and fast developing field, I specialized as a senior consultant with Ernst&Young in IT strategies. Thirst for more knowledge and a desire to see the world led me to USA in 1991 where I took my Master of Business Administration in Business Policy and Marketing at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business. In New York I joined Toys”R”Us in a special executive program. Back in Europe in 1995, my next stop was Germany. For 3 years I managed a comprehensive change project in which I built up the departments for HR & Organizational Development and for Marketing for Lentjes mce, which had been acquired by an Austrian construction and engineering company. Returning to Austria I provided consultation to the Austrian postal and telecommunication services for the change and HR development process accompanying the introduction of an SAP enterprise-level IT system. Subsequently, I led the executive development department for RHI – a company developing, producing and servicing refractory products.
