In 2008/09 the managing directors of Pfeiffer started a top-management program for their “white hopes” in management. In 2011 the next group started. Former participants attended the kick-off of the program. This time they held new roles: as superiors, principal of the program and as the new managing director.

Network Career Program – Volksbank International
Together with Volksbanken Academy and as a cooperation partner of the Hernstein Institute I developed a management and leadership development program for Volksbank International AG (VBI). 11 managers from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania participated successfully in the 3-year Network Career Program and presented their special projects to the VBI board at the final event. The program was repeated with further participants from CEE/SEE.
