In 2008/09 the managing directors of Pfeiffer started a top-management program for their “white hopes” in management. In 2011 the next group started. Former participants attended the kick-off of the program. This time they held new roles: as superiors, principal of the program and as the new managing director.
Management Resources - Pfeiffer Group
Dr. Erich Schönleitner
Managing Director Pfeiffer Holding
Initiator and principal of Management Resources Program 2008/09 and 2011/12, he knows me from various steering meetings and a management update workshop
“We have worked with Ms. Windisch for years training our management resources. Barbara Windisch ENERGISES the participants in a most uncomplicated way, THROUGH HER DYNAMISM, HER EXCELLENT METHODOLOGICAL KNOWLEDGE and her direct, open personality. With her appreciative aura she builds a very productive working atmosphere. Participants of our first program are living proof, more than half of the group are now in important management positions.
Mag. Margit Stockenreiter
Head of Human Resources
Principal and partner in the steering meetings for the second program. She was a participant in the first program when she was still member of the HR team.
As member of the Management Resources Program I got to know Barbara Windisch as a dynamic, humorous and open-minded trainer with vista and vision. 3 years later I am Head of HR and principal to the second program. I value our easy partnership and her uncomplicated, professional and goal oriented manner. As and when required she reacts quickly to our needs and wishes.
Mag. Markus Böhm
Managing Director Pfeiffer Holding
Member of the first program in 2008/09 when he was head of supply chain management
Barbara Windisch acts professionally and with competence. Her wealth of experience enables her to listen and respond to each participant individually. She delivers a healthy mix of development and challenges. I value her friendly way and her humor. Her (sometimes critical) feedback is to the point and communicated in an appreciative and pleasant manner.
Quick decision making in management Schiedel Chimney Systems
Workshops for the management team who wanted to check their team behavior and break up old habits. In just a few workshops key issues, such as roles and expectations, were defined, meetings were verified, clear competences and decision making processes were established. A small project with high impact.
Hans Herbert Schmoll
Managing Director Schiedel Chimney Systems
Principal and Sponsor
When leading our discussions in our project “short decision processes in management” I found Ms. Windisch to be foremost a results and goal-oriented person. She showed high sensitivity for the people involved. However, Ms. Windisch consequently followed the scope of the project in a professional and appropriate way.
Dr. Markus Bachschwöll
Head of Marketing and Sales Ventilation Systems
Participant in workshops and a management program at Hernstein Institute
I got to know Ms. Windisch as a customer-oriented consultant and trainer. Her way of working is proof of a high sense of empathy while knowing when to take charge.
Head of Finance and HR
Participant in, and organizer of, the workshops
In her workshops Ms. Windisch led Schiedel’s management team competently, vigilantly towards the target: decision processes became more transparent in the first step, more direct and shorter in the second step. We won new insight and agreed on new ways which were absorbed quickly by the system and have made an impact on today.
Head of assistants to the director/sales/marketing
Member of the “Cadre Workshop”, implementing the decision matrix with her team
I got to know Ms. Windisch as a reliable and committed consultant who can adapt to any seminar situation and target group. I enjoyed her refreshing and lively style, yet keeping a firm hand on the tiller. I enjoyed her facilitation: competent, open and professional.
Network Career Program – Volksbank International
Together with Volksbanken Academy and as a cooperation partner of the Hernstein Institute I developed a management and leadership development program for Volksbank International AG (VBI). 11 managers from Czech Republic, Slovakia, Serbia, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Romania participated successfully in the 3-year Network Career Program and presented their special projects to the VBI board at the final event. The program was repeated with further participants from CEE/SEE.
Dr. Markus Bunk
Managing Director of Volksbank Akademie
Project sponsor and architect of the training program, vivid partner in the steering meetings we held after each module of the Network Career Program.
- Big eyes, big ears, big mind.
- Ms. Windisch tries to engage people even when others would be at their wits’ end
- Trains in a comprehensive way. Ms. Windisch makes a good entrance at the customer discussion, but her performance steps up yet another gear in the training course. If you expect a “soft line approach”, you will be disappointed!
Mag. Michael Egger, MA
today Senior Department Manager HR Development & Training, Metro AG
While at Volksbank Akademie he was in charge of zuständig für den Bereich »Training & Development CEE« and project manager of the Network Career Program.
I have valued the professional cooperation with Ms. Windisch in our management development program for many years. Ms. Windisch was in charge of the overall architecture, design and training of the program for three years. Her personal and individual approach to training courses and coaching as well as her high expertise in leadership, change management and strategy played a major part in the program’s success.
Head of Division Retail
Participant in the Network Career Program while still Head of Sales Support of Retail.
I attended the Network Career Program organized by Volksbank Akademie Vienna. Barbara Windisch was the lector of this 3-years program on behalf of the company Hernstein Institut for Management and Leadership. This program was preparing selected Volksbank managers from different European countries for their top management positions within the concern Volksbank International. I value this program and particularly the lector Barbara Windisch very highly, as it helped me in my further management career. Since January 2010 I have a new career challenge to be division Head Retail in Volksbank CZ.
Head of Corporate Division
Participant of the Network Career Program while still team leader corporate sales.
I would say that work with Barbara Windisch was different and challenging. At the end what I have learned helped me a lot to develop my carrier. At the end of NCP there was a big change and I became Head of Corporate Division. Life is now much more easier after a few years on the same position.
